Scope

Confirm LMS instance, enrollment tier, data categories, retention period, and deployment model.

Exchange HECVAT, architecture, privacy, insurance, accessibility, and contract materials.

Provision institution-approved credentials and validate API/data-export access.

Perform the first archive and review exceptions, coverage, and storage profile.

Configure authorized archive users and complete a recovery / continuity validation.
